Dr. Rajan Mahtani And Zambia Win Over Conspirators

Zambia has finally sighed a breath of relief. Dr. Rajan Mahtani, who has been struggling to win a case against one of his annoyed ex-employee Simaata Simaata, finally won his case. Finance Bank Zambia in association with Dr. Mahtani had sued Simaata for violating the terms of agreement signed between the three parties. Simaata not only gave wrongful testimonials against FBZ at various courts, but also published statements that were private as per the agreement. While it took a long time and two courts, HC (High Court) and SC (Supreme Court), Dr. Mahtani finally was given true justice for long patience.

Dr. Mahtani and Zambia

The conspirators of Dr. Rajan Mahtani have always resorted to unlawful methods for creating troubles for him. These have included hiring goons for illegally taking over factories and bribing government officials for evading court cases. For the last few years, these conspirators have resorted to corrupt news channels like Zambia Reports to influence the common public against Dr. Mahtani. We could see all types of news and stories trying to portray Dr. Rajan Mahtani as a villain or traitor. Never have these articles and news showcased his achievements and good works. Therefore, it was not a surprise when the news of Dr. Mahtani & FBZ winning case against Simaata was never published in that news channel. Let’s not forget that Zambia Reports once portrayed Simaata Simaata as an honest individual when the latter won the case against FBZ in High Court. This is when FBZ with Dr. Mahtani’s support refilled the case in Supreme Court. The rest is known to everyone.

Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is a well-known and respected businessman. His organisations like Finance Bank and Portland Cement Zambia have helped in uplifting the economy of various communities. Conspirators who try defaming him only do so because of jealously, hatred and profit motives. Government and the judiciary system of Zambia need to tighten up and show examples to these conspirators that unlawful practice will not be tolerated.
