The Ventriglia family has certainly learnt its lesson to bluff in detail. They are constantly trying to fool Dr. Mahtani & Zambia by issuing stories that are diverting the attention of the locals. When it comes to determining the actual status of the Portland Cement Zambia, nobody knows the true picture. Factors like the number of workers in the factory, the profit registered by the factory in the present year, etc., have not been indicated anywhere. But when it comes to placing vague claims the conspirators have certainly tried their level best to portray themselves as the best Employers in Zambia.

There are confirmed reports where it has been seen that Antonio Ventriglia, an integral part of Ital Terrazzo Limited, has failed to present himself thrice in front of the court. The reason on each occasion being his poor health condition. The latest of them all was in September 2016 when the Court had asked Mr. and Mrs. Ventriglia to be present from 27^th to 30^th September 2016. But once again they fled to Italy on 21^st September 2016. The actions are sufficient to realize that currently Dr. Mahtani & Zambia are being fooled by the conspirators while the Government has refused to offer any kind of support in such respect.

The conspirators have constantly been claiming that they own 100% stake at the Portland Cement Zambia. But when the court wants to hear from them in this regard they are seen avoiding the situation. If the Ventriglias are confident of the fact that Dr. Mahtani & Zambia have snatched their share of 58% through illegal means, then why are they constantly looking forward to escape Court hearing? Well, the answer is implied in this case. There is a difference between claiming something and actually owning it. The conspirators have simply assumed that the factory was theirs.
